| Bass Modulators is a cooperation between Roland Evers and Rick Buijtenhek.
Two friends since high school, both with a great passion for music, started their musical career at the age of 17. Rick produced mostly trance and hardtrance, while Roland developed a passion for the turntables.
Rick, still looking for his true believe and Roland, playin a wide variety of electronic music styles at the local club as a dj, soon realised hardstyle is their religion and is the best way to get their heart beat faster. Being both big music lovers aswell as friends, a coöperation is like 1..2..3.. and working together is like peanutbutter and jelly, tasteful and once put together impossible to seperate.
After only a few weeks they finished their first track and did what every starting producer does, put it online on the internet waiting for feedback. Normally a few visitors listen and share their opinion, negative and positive, but this time it created a tsunami of possitive reactions heading towards the western part of Holland. From that moment on their fanbase started to grow, with both moms as chairman of the board aswell as their number 1 fans.
A couple of weeks later 'Dj Brainkicker' approached both guys for a collaboration, that's when things start to take shape. Together with Brainkicker they released "Fight the future" and "Ring that shit" and start to get attention from all the major hardstyle dj's and producers around the world. Adrenaline starts to flow, and eager as the are they head back into the studio for their own project. A few weeks later a new release is born, "Indeep" and "The Cube". This
became their real breakthrough.
These youngsters are the biggest upcoming talents around. Working in the studio 24/7 and aiming for the highest regions they show they're up for the job. 'Bass Modulators' are two guys who'll be coming on strong, there won’t be any Damage Control!
