Blackmail

DJ Blackmail, aka Antoine Weber, was born in Switzerland in 1975.

He is Swiss but his African rotes certainly amplified his passion for rhythm. His love for electronic music started at the age of 13. Then, at 18, he met DJ DJAMIN who became his spiritual father and pushed him forward. In 1999, thanks to DJ Pure he started broadcasting on the very well known National Swiss Radio, Couleur3, with the show TranceEscape.

Since 2000 DJ BLACKMAIL had the chance to perform in different countries like Switzerland, Norway, France, Australia and in The Netherlands. In 2001 he became resident of the prestigious Swiss Mad Club in Lausanne. This residency gave him the opportunity to have contact while mixing with worldwide known dj’s like Dana, Luna, Isaac, The Prophet and many others. In summer 2005 Antoine had the chance to experience the famous outdoor festival Decibel 2005.
